instead of that fugly ryuuhei whatever who looked more like a 50 year old auntie, why can't the casting director of NANA the MOVIE hire somebody like Tsukamoto Takashi instead? he'd be the spitting image of ren. just look at him with black hair! throw in a black leather jacket, a pad lock around the neck a'la Sid Vicious and spike up the hair, and presto! a heartthrob worthy of carrying the legend of TRAPNEST's most popular member.

and coming to the subject of shin's actor, WHY OH WHY did you have to cast such a THING as shin???
my GAWD, these people are majorly BLIND!! @_@
just tell me which part of him (i don't even remember his name for such an embarrassment is not even WORTH remembering) looked even remotely beautiful??? and shin's supposed to be a bishie who's half caucasian and half japanese.
ok, so maybe getting a mat salleh celup (a half) is probably out of the question but the least they could do was hire a GOOD LOOKING japanese! gah!
i wept in sorrow everytime i see the movie trailer. the only good looking thing about him was the lip chain. >_<

thus, my perfect candidate for shin would be YAMASHITA TOMOHISA of Johnny's NEWS. of course, i'd prefer matsujun as shin cos he's capable of fulfilling the role as a super kawaii 16 year old bassist who chain smokes and sleep with women for a living!! haha.

there's a rumour that the director of NANA the MOVIE has agreed for a sequel since the motion picture only covered the first 5 volumes of the manga. let's hope for the sake of humanity, the casting director would laser their cataract-filled eyes and submit to my choice of actors. haha.

i just finished rewatching the entire series of kimi wa petto in 2 days and realized that i want more of Matsumoto Jun. so i went to jdorama.com. and i found out that he's starring in a new dorama and the best part is, it's a remake of HANA YORI DANGO!!!!!!!!! waiiiiiiiii!!!~~~~~~~~~~~

i mean i'm so in love with the manga, and knowing now that it's being adapted into a dorama is like a dream come true!! okok, so you might say, what about Meteor Garden then? doesn't that count?

well, first off, they ain't nihonjin. (no offense to the chinese)
and secondly, i can't stand mandarin!!! (just a personal preference)
and i hate the guy who acted as domyouji tsukasa (do ming tse) and i think barbie tsu is just too...plain.



so anyway, i dunno half of the cast of the new dorama but the fact that MATSU JUN is acting as tsukasa and OGURI SHUN as hanazawa rui is more than enough reason for me to watch this one.

(ok, so having matsujun star as ANYTHING is good enough a reason for me to watch any doramas *ufufufu*)

mistaken identity 

as usual i'm only interested in writing posts when i'm alone in my hostel room, when i'm supposed to be doing OTHER stuff, for example:

+ finishing my logbook (dateline is tomorrow morning!!!)
+ writing cases
+ finishing my logbook (and so on...)


anyway today has been uneventful. my bro's crashed ride is STILL not fixed yet so he's using mine for another week. so he gave me a ride back to melaka and for lack of time i brought him to my resident food place - The Shack. then as i was about to pay the bill, the hostess asked me whether he's my boyfriend. and me being the deaf me as always just smiled and left. and only when i reached the car do i realize what the question was.
i was like, eww. he's my brother dammit.

when i told him he was in a worse state of denial than i am, haha, and then shrugged it off saying i was probably elated with the fact that somebody thought i'm going out with a handsome guy.
and i immediately wretched.

but dammit, if i look like my bro's girlfriend then that must've made me looklike a paedophile everytime we hang out together. *ufufufu*
blardy hell!

okay. i'd better get back to my case write-ups. *swears and swears*

or so yin peng had been telling me for the hundredth time. and truth be told, Calanthe Art Cafe is on a standard of its own. boasting of it's house specialty, "the 13 flavours of coffee of each state in malaysia" this quaint little kopitiam amidst the historical streets of Jonker's, Melaka is truly a gem to be discovered.

not only does it serve delicious original coffee blends a'la starbucks or coffee bean, the incredibly cheap pricings are also no mean feat. all drinks are under RM10, be it hot or cold. and if you don't fancy caffeine based-beverages, you could always go for the dazzlingly colourful cocktails, mocktails etcetera.



the setting of this store is also very original, resembling a rustic view of a 50's malaysian interior decor. one cannot help but feel at home and at ease whilst sipping a cuppa and enjoying good old times with friends.



the other attraction of this place is its art gallery and special handmade accessories that will surely appeal to both sexes. and the pricing's not bad either. each design is limited so you can be doubly sure that what you own is authentic. of course, the oil paintings costs around rm2000++ but i guess that's the standard price of art nowadays? *shrugs*

goddammit!!! they actually had the nerve to come and tell me that my end posting exam is YET AGAIN postponed for tomorrow morning! urghh... now i'm repeating the cycle of sleeping and wasting time and reading and wasting time again... >_<

man, what a capricious woman i am. i just wrote typed down there that i need more time but when my wish is actually granted, i bitch about it. haha.
but come on, it's tiring to repeat the same bloody chore over and over again. i thought at exactly 5pm onwards i could just sit down, relax and enjoy an ice-cold cup of grande rhumba frapp with extra chocolate drizzle while bitching about other things/living creatures/life but i guess that's just a remote dream.

yes i'm lazy and if you must know, my attention span is as good as ZERO. i'm currently trying to read for my medicine end of posting exam which is tomorrow yet i find myself writing typing an entry into this so-called journal of mine. oh well, nothing much to report today except that I NEED MORE TIME!!!

letter from the past 

i received an email today from a fan regarding our first and ONLY site: SDMTR (slam dunk majorly and totally roolz). man, i was so shocked but gratified at the thought that there's actually somebody in this world whom despite of our tardiness in updating (or lack thereof) the fanfic site, they continue to visit it, maybe hoping for an update. alas, that site had been abandoned 4 years ago (last update was in 2001).


anyway, to Kathy-Ann Brown, you really made our day.
